Aptora Corporation was founded by James R. Leichter; a well respected Kansas City contractor and consultant. Aptora is dedicated to making the service and contracting industries more successful. This is done through a wide range of products and services as well as a complete lineup of free resources and advice.
Aptora creates and sells software for the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and other service related industries. We are best known for our award winning accounting and dispatching software Total Office Manager. We make the world’s best flat rate pricing software. We have also created a wide range of products that include financial analysis software, heat load/gain software, GPS vehicle tracking, sales and marketing systems, CRM software, flat rate pricing books, job descriptions, company policy manuals, service agreement forms, service invoices, sales proposal forms, safety manuals and more. Services include custom software programming, accounting & bookkeeping services. Aptora hosts seminars and workshops, participates in public speaking events all over America.

Basically, we believe in karma; what goes around, comes around. We also enjoy helping other people and knowing that we are trying to make a difference; even if it's a small one.
In the past we have given sizeable donations to the Relay for Life, Diabetes foundation and research for Muscular Dystrophy. Some of our customers also helped us donate in the fight against M.S. You can also find information about Aptora Corporation's intense, if not freaky, recycling habits.
We have donated a RIGID 12V Cordless ½" Drill to our colleagues in the Gulf Coast region who were badly affected by hurricanes Katrina and Rita. We did this through ACCA, who set up a Disaster Relief Fund. We also bought and delivered school supplies for City Union Mission in 2006.
During the Christmas season Aptora Corporation's employees participated in the Adopt-A-Family Program put on by a local radio stations. We provided gifts, blankets, clothes and a grocery gift card for a family of seven. Before taking the gifts to the Salvation Army we wrapped all the presents in a company wrapping party.
We are regular contributors to the Salvation Army as well as other local charitable efforts. Why Are We Special?
