When we first started out in the consulting business in 1996, the company name was HVAC Management Systems, but company president James Leichter was better known as MrHVAC. That was fine when we were small and just getting started, but...

Today we are much larger and a more diversified company with many more people on the payroll and make sales to many different industries all over the world. We decided to change our name to Aptora Corporation.

Aptora Corporation is a place where companies can become organized and profitable; a place where everyone is properly compensated and treated with respect. Companies that work with us tend to have happy employees and owners because everyone shares in the wealth and success together.

From our offices located outside greater metropolitan Kansas City in Lenexa, Kansas, it is the job of our professional staff to help our clients' life better. We have created a wide range of products to help with this process. These products include financial analysis software, flat rate software, job descriptions, company policy manuals, service agreement forms, service invoices, sales proposal forms, safety manuals and more.

Besides Business

Aptora Corporation also partakes in many other things as a company outside of work. We recently just finished up our first season of co-ed softball. We won't mention our record, but we had a blast!

Aptora Gives Back

In the past we have given sizeable donations to the Relay for Life, Diabetes foundation and research for Muscular Dystrophy. Some of our customers also helped us donate in the fight against M.S. You can also find information about Aptora Corporation's recycling habits.

We have donated a RIGID 12V Cordless ½" Drill to our colleagues in the Gulf Coast region who were badly affected by hurricanes Katrina and Rita. We did this through ACCA, who set up a Disaster Relief Fund. We also bought and delivered school supplies for City Union Mission in 2006.

During the Christmas 2005 season Aptora Corporation's employees participated in the Adopt-A-Family Program put on by a local radio stations. We provided gifts, blankets, clothes and a grocery gift card for a family of seven. Before taking the gifts to the Salvation Army we wrapped all the presents in a company wrapping party.
