We had no idea how much the software is capable of doing. This is your one stop shopping software program with all the modules. One of the things that I like most is that is all the data flows through the system, there is NO double entry of information. Know going into this will not necessarily be easy, and the journey maybe long, but we have found it to be beneficial for all the support on the phone, the onsite training, and the weekly training. It has been an investment over time, but the benefits are great. The business owner really cares about his customers. He listens, takes it to his team for discussion and decisions.

Before Aptora we were using multiple software solutions that did not communicate so we were doing a lot of double or triple entries and still were not getting the results we needed. We actually made a list of all of the things we wanted the software to do such as inventory, accounting, invoicing customers, mobile platform for techs, etc. we then set up demos with different companies and graded them based on what they offered and how well we thought they would work for our company. Total Office Manager has helped us to better track all of our job costs, better track our inventory and assets, we are now doing our own payroll and many other benefits. Most of the setup type stuff for Vendors, Customers, Employees was easily and quickly migrated. Payroll Items were easily created. The system is super user friendly. Loved being able to migrate setups straight from the training company. Loved being able to run parallel with old system using training company.
