We are an employer in Washington state.  We are unable to get appropiate wage and hour reports for L&I and State Unemployment reporting without a great deal of manipulating TOM's reports.  I currently have to transfer the report that TOM generates to an excell spread sheet and do a lot of cut and paste.  Does any Washington State users have this issue also?  If so I would like to know how you handle this.  HELP!

As I understand the request for the WA Payroll Information just needs to list Employee Names, Social Security Number, Total Hours (you do not need them split out by Earning Type?), and Gross Wages?

Please let me know if this is what WA users are looking for!

Amber, I faxed over samples of what we need to report.  The hours reported for labor and industries should NOT include vacation, sick or holiday hours.  Just working hours.  Please locate the faxed paperwork, I believe Melissa received it.  Thanks, Jennifer

I have an Excel Spreadsheet that was sent to our company in August of this year. The following Information is showing on the spreadsheet.

Social Security #
Employee Name
Total Hours Worked
Gross Wages

There is no reference to Excess Wages? and I am not certain what that is.
