Q: Is there a demo and how does
it work? A: Yes. Your iPhone, iPad, or Android device can download a
free sixty day demo software program. This software connects to a demo company
file located on our servers. You do not need to install anything on your server.
You do not need to own Total Office Manager. You may also use the demo from any
computer using a Safari browser.

Q: Are
any other devices supported? A: We are adding new
devices. BlackBerry will be supported soon (we are waiting on
their big operating system update). We will also be working hard
to provide support for other browsers (besides Apple's Safari) such as
Internet Explorer®, Fire Fox®, and Google Chrome®.
Q: Can I control what my employees and see and do? A:
Yes. You have full control over what users can and cannot see and
do. There is a security panel inside Aptora Mobile Server Edition that gives you full control
over security. In addition, anything that users do remotely is
fully logged in the Total Office Manager audit trail.
Q: How much is this
software? A: The software is $2,499.00 for five concurrent users (five people may connect
at any one time). Each additional user is just $299.00 and users
may be added at anytime. There is a 25% annual fee that covers
toll free technical support, updates, and new versions. We offer
discounts for multiple users so please call or email us for more

Q: Is this
software on sale? Are there any discounts? A:

Q: Can I print/email invoices, capture signatures

Edition software CD along with a comprehensive user manual. You

location (like the Apple Store).
Q: Can we buy this software for less than five
users (and less money)? A: Sorry but no. Five users is the minimum
we can allow. The reason is so that we can over our fixed (minimum) costs on
providing this software.
Q: We have multiple company files that we use
in Total Office Manager. Is there an extra fee to access those company files?
A: Nope. We will allow you to access and and all of your company files
(different businesses).
Q: We have multiple business locations that use
Total Office Manager. Is there an extra fee for those other business locations?
A: Yes but only if each location uses a different company file (database). In
that case, each location must buy the software. We will offer you a discount on
multiple business locations though.
