Our work is done. Years ago we set out to create revolutionary software. Total Office Manager has all of the basic features that contractors need. These features include dispatching, scheduling, service agreements, work orders, asset management, customer service history, serialized equipment tracking, multiple location inventory and more. Unlike many other software programs, all of these features were built on top of a rock solid accounting foundation. Accounting was not an afterthought.

Now with the basics complete and well tested, we are relying on our core base of Total Office Manager users to design and perfect the rest of the program.

Not Just Anyone Can Make This Claim

Sure, you may have read similar claims from other software makers but their claims can be a lot of hot air. You email them a suggestion and what do you get? You get a canned thank you letter. Then you hope next year’s update will have some of what you asked for. It rarely does.

We’re not like that. For example, our last major update only took us nine weeks to complete and test. It contained about 58 improvements and new features. ALL of which were directly taken from a user feedback list of 69 items. That’s an incredible 84% request to reality conversion rate! Who else can say that?

When our users demand changes, we act quickly! New features take us weeks or even days. Not years like many others. We may not add every feature our users ask for because some requests are just not practical. You can count on one thing though; at least we’ll be straight with our users about our intentions.
