Designed to Import directly into your Total Office Manager® database from Flat Rate Plus™. This program is an integrated application, and does not require FRP to be running. However, you must own both Total Office Manager and Flat Rate Plus to take advantage.
You are asked to set certain preferences and make certain decisions about how and where you wish your Flat Rate Plus data to be presented in Total Office Manager. If you are familiar with accounting terminology then this is a very easy to use process. The import process begins with a simple click of your mouse.
After the data is imported you will have this data available to you when you process invoices. For example, when you are processing an invoice and enter a task number, the task total and task items will automatically populate.
Each time you make changes to your FRP data and wish for this information to be available in Total Office Manager, you simply perform the process again. Total Office Manager can overwrite existing information each time you import. For example, if you perform an import with the task number ACA-B050-0030 and this task already exists in Total Office Manager, this task will be overwritten if you so choose. You CAN prevent the overwriting of existing data.
