Total Office Manager® understands the special needs of contractors and
service businesses. We have offered all of the features that are necessary to
manage inventory successfully. Some of our features are similar to what you will
find in other really good programs. We have also added some very powerful
features typically found only in enterprise level accounting programs. These
features include unlimited pricing levels, multiple markup methods, and the
ability to group together assembly items into one product.

- Inventory items can be tracked in multiple locations and can be assigned
pricing per location.
- All items used in jobs or your service department can be tracked in the
inventory module whether or not they are a stocked item.
- Perform physical counts by inventory location. Easily look to see if a
coworker has a certain part on their truck before you go get one from the
part supplier.
- Quickly set minimum reorder or maximum reorder quantities for specific
inventory locations.
- Track the complete history of inventory item sales.
- Quickly update inventory items with the minimum / maximum quantity used
for reordering purposes.
- Mark items for required Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
- Item pricing information can be imported from 3rd party pricing services
including Flat Rate Plus and others.
- Items can be grouped together into tasks / kits and priced using a flat
rate pricing method.
- When a task is sold, the inventory system is automatically updated for
each item.
- Quickly view a year to date or month to date summary of all inventory
activity by item.
