Full MapPoint® Integration

Total Office Manager has made extensive use of Microsoft's MapPoint®. Total Office Manager allows users to draw maps, generate directions, calculate time and distance, and more. In order for Total Office Manager's Maps & Directions feature to operate, you need to invest in MapPoint version 9 or higher.

Turn by Turn Directions

With one click of the mouse, Total Office Manager generates complete turn by turn directions form your shop to the service call. With another click, these directions are copied to your computer's clipboard allowing you to paste them into any application. Total Office Manager includes driving distance, driving time, trip duration, and cost.

Automatic Map Drawing

With a click or two, Total Office Manager will draw a detailed color map displaying your technician's route. This comprehensive map includes time, distance, and turn by turn directions.

Draw Map and Plot Directions for Any Two Points

Enter any two addresses and Total Office Manager will generate a map and directions. You can even quickly draw a map and directions from one service call to the next.
