This is perhaps the most exciting and powerful part of Total Office Manager. Our electronic dispatch board was created based on extensive research and input from service companies around the country.
You can choose to view your schedule board by the day, week or month, sort by groups or individual employees. A huge color pallet is available to distinguish the type of calls and priority level you wish to assign. Track the status of work orders by: Scheduled, En Route, Working or Completed. Track completed and uncompleted work orders directly from the schedule board too.
Complete ability to drag and drop, extend time and reschedule work orders or appointments around the schedule board. View, E-mail or print customer information and history.
With the many abilities to customize the dispatch board, each user can determine their own settings for color, names, horizontal or vertical lists and many other preferences.
Our work orders feature multiple fields to help you manage your service and installation calls. Prioritize calls, add customer notes, view customer history. You can even search repair history by equipment model or serial number. Include important information about active Service Agreements as well as determining the marketing source for your calls. You can also input notes about the call and special instructions or driving directions.
Total Office Manager also allows you to create and view appointments. Assign to customers, email appointments, set reminders and recurring appointments. The program will help you and your coworkers manage their time efficiently.
Our mapping feature provides detailed maps and driving directions to appointments and jobs. This feature was written to use the power of Microsoft MapPoint. Imagine a technician calls in for directions. Within three mouse clicks, you are able to select their current job, input their destination from a list of pending calls and generate a detailed route and map to send to your technician.
Save time and energy by including the driving directions in a printed work order so the technician gets turn by turn directions.
This feature does require purchase of Microsoft MapPoint.
