At Aptora, our desire to provide unmatched customer service takes center stage as we develop successful working relationships with our customers. No matter which products you're interested in, you will receive personal sales and technical support to ensure that you get the most out of our products.

We offer several different training options for some of our more sophisticated products as well as business management consulting from our president “Mr. HVAC” James Leichter. If you're interested in receiving training or consulting, you have plenty of options.

Our sales and support staff hold online webinars per request to keep our customers updated on our product's latest features, as well as to help clients brush up on their input methods and usage. We can also send an Aptora professional to your company to provide on-site training, or we'll welcome you to Aptora (located in Lenexa, KS, in the Kansas City Metro-area) and you'll meet and learn from our professional staff in-house.

We also host a three-day training course in Kansas City that caters specifically to our Total Office Manager product. All current and potential customers are welcome to attend and learn about all the wonderful features that the program provides. In addition, you'll meet the Aptora staff and interact and learn from companies in your industry that are having success all-throughout North America.
