Our improved export program allows FRP users to import their flat rate information into QuickBooks® 2003 and below or Peachtree®. This amazing program does all of the work for you. You simply open the program, set a few preferences and click a few buttons. That's it! The entire process takes just minutes. Our complete on-line help system will guide you through the process.

FRP Accounting Interface Utility was designed to export/import directly into your QuickBooks® and/or Peachtree® database from your Flat Rate Plus database. This program is a "stand alone" application, and does not require FRP or QuickBooks® and/or Peachtree® to be running. However, you must already own QuickBooks® and/or Peachtree® and Flat Rate Plus to use this program.

You are asked to set certain preferences and make certain decisions about how and where you wish your Flat Rate Plus data to be presented in QuickBooks® and/or Peachtree®. If you have used QuickBooks® and/or Peachtree® this is a very easy and simple process. You then commence the export/import process with a simple click of your mouse.

After the data is imported you will have this data available to you when you process invoices. For example, when you are processing an invoice and enter a task number, the task total and task items will automatically pop up.

Each time you make changes to your FRP data and wish for this information to be available in QuickBooks® and/or Peachtree®, you simply perform the process again. QuickBooks® and/or Peachtree® can overwrite existing information each time you import. For example, if you perform an import with the task number ACA-B050-0030 and this task already exists in QuickBooks® and/or Peachtree®, this task will be overwritten if you so choose. You CAN prevent this.

The entire process is seamless.

Our technical support staff is available to assist you with the installation and use of the program. We include a complete User's Manual to get you up and running in a hurry. It includes many useful tips on exactly how to set up a flat-rate system in your dealership.
