File Download & Install Instructions

1. Please print a copy of this page for future reference. Most browsers offer a "print" feature from their main title bar.
2. Please be certain that you verify the proper version number before you download this update. Your version number is displayed at the top of the program's title bar and in the About box. Do not update your software program if you do not have the proper version number.
   WARNING: Failure to do this may result in data or software destruction.
3. Click on the appropriate software download link from the Product Updates area of this site.
4. A Download Dialog box will open. Select the path that you wish to place the downloaded file in and click OK. Please make a note of the file name. You will be advised by your browser, once the download is complete.
5. Locate the folder that contains your file and double-click on the file. Please note: Update files always end with an "exe" (Example: frp2002.exe). At this time, you will need to enter where specified. Please call us at 913-322-4666 or use This Form for a password; if required.
6. The installation will commence automatically. Please follow all of the on-screen instructions. Once complete, your software program will be updated.
