Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO Expert to join our team. This is a full-time position located at our headquarters in Lenexa, KS. As our first dedicated SEO professional, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to enhance our online presence, drive traffic, and improve search engine rankings for our B2B SaaS website, aptora.com.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to guide content creation and optimize existing content.
  • Perform competitive analysis and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of the website.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Implement technical SEO improvements to enhance website crawlability, indexability, and overall performance.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance and progress to senior management.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelorā€™s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
  • Experience with website analytics, keyword research, and link-building strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization.

Salary and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. With the experience and skills outlined, a competitive salary range would typically be between $62,000 to $81,500 per year in Lenexa KS. This range can vary based on the candidate’s level of experience, education, and specific expertise in B2B SaaS SEO. We are open and we are fair minded.
