Installing the Technician Scorecard Dashboard Software
When you invest in the Technician Scorecard, you will immediately receive an email with a download link. The download is a zip file. That link will be live for thirty days, so you have plenty of time to download it.
Unzip the file called Technician-Scorecard.zip to the location of your Custom Dashboards for Contractor Compass. A text file is included with instructions on where to extract the two files. The configuration is easy.

Requirements
To use the Technician Scorecard Dashboard, you must own Contractor Compass and Total Office Manager with an active service agreement.
You will need Microsoft Excel. Most newer versions will work. You must enable macros.
This Field Service Management Dashboard Software was designed for Microsoft Windows 8.1 through 11. This software was not designed for Apple.
