You confirm that you have the referred person’s permission to share their contact details with Aptora, and that all information you submit is true. Aptora contacts referred prospects by phone call or email only. Submitting this form does not enroll anyone in any Aptora text messaging program.
You must be a current Total Office Manager® user to participate.
Referral must be new to Aptora and not already in our system. You can’t refer yourself.
- Rewards will be awarded by check, ACH, or other method of Aptora’s choosing. Failure to respond to payment-related emails within 30 days will result in forfeiture of the reward.
If your Referral Rewards for the calendar year exceed $599, we will send you a 1099 for tax purposes.
- You participate as an independent contractor and not as an employee, partner, or agent of Aptora.
- If promoting Aptora publicly (e.g., via social media), you must disclose your material connection using #Sponsored and #AptoraReferral in each post.

You’ll receive the reward once your referral has been live with Total Office Manager for 60 consecutive days and remains a paying customer in good standing without requesting a refund during those first 60 days.
