Small Print (That You’ll Actually Understand)
You must be a current Total Office Manager® user to participate.
Referral must be new to Aptora and not already in our system. You can’t refer yourself.
- By submitting the Referral Form, you certify that all information submitted is true and that the Referred Prospect has given consent to be contacted.
- Rewards will be paid by gift card. Failure to respond to payment-related emails within 30 days will result in forfeiture of the reward.
If your Referral Rewards for the calendar year exceed $599, we will send you a 1099 for tax purposes.
- You participate as an independent contractor and not as an employee, partner, or agent of Aptora.
- If promoting Aptora publicly (e.g., via social media), you must disclose your material connection using #Sponsored and #AptoraReferral in each post.

After your referral joins Total Office Manager, you are eligible for the Referral Reward. Our team will confirm the best email address to send your $549 e-gift card. You’ll receive the reward once your referral has been live with Total Office Manager for 60 consecutive days and remains a paying customer in good standing without requesting a refund during those first 60 days.
There’s no limit to how many times you can receive so keep referring in the meantime!
