Depending on the features you choose to use, we may collect or access the following information only with your permission or as required to provide the requested service.

Geolocation Information

We may request access or permission to collect location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are actively using our mobile application(s), to provide location-dependent features and services. Our software products allow customers to create, store, manage, and process their own business information. Email Integration and Google Workspace

Some Aptora applications allow users to connect their email account, including Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, so emails may be sent directly from the customer’s own mailbox. This allows outbound communications to originate from the customer’s domain, helping maintain branding consistency, delivery reliability, compliance requirements, and centralized email record retention.

Aptora Corporation does not read, analyze, or use the contents of customer email messages for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes. Access credentials and authorization tokens are encrypted and stored securely. Access is limited to only those permissions necessary to provide the requested email functionality.

For users connecting Google Workspace accounts, Aptora Corporation’s use of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Workspace data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features requested by the customer and is never sold or used for advertising purposes. Users may revoke access to their Google account at any time through their Google Account security settings.

Push Notifications

With your permission, we may send push notifications regarding your account, scheduled activities, product updates, reminders, or application features. You may disable push notifications at any time through your device’s notification settings.

Application Analytics and Diagnostics

We may collect anonymous or aggregated diagnostic information, performance metrics, error reports, feature usage statistics, and other technical data to improve the reliability, performance, usability, and security of our applications.
