Promotions Terms & Conditions

These Promotions Terms & Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) govern all promotional offers made available by Aptora Corporation (“Aptora,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), unless a specific promotion expressly states otherwise.

By participating in any Aptora promotion, you agree to these Promotion Terms in addition to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, End User License Agreement (EULA), and any promotion-specific terms.

1. Eligibility

Promotions are available only to individuals or businesses that meet the eligibility requirements described in the applicable offer.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Participants must have authority to act on behalf of their business.
• Promotions are void where prohibited by law.
• Promotions are intended for customers located in jurisdictions where Aptora conducts business.

Aptora reserves the right to verify eligibility before honoring any promotional offer.

2. Promotional Period

Each promotion will identify:

• Beginning date
• Expiration date
• Any applicable deadlines

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions expire at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on the advertised expiration date.

Expired promotions will not be honored.

3. Availability

All promotions are offered subject to availability.

Aptora reserves the right to:

• Limit quantities
• Suspend promotions
• End promotions early
• Substitute comparable promotional offers
• Decline participation when inventory, licensing, or operational limitations require.

4. Promotional Pricing

Promotional pricing applies only during the stated promotional period.

Unless specifically stated:

• Promotional pricing applies only to the initial purchase.
• Renewal pricing will be billed at Aptora’s standard rates then in effect.
• Promotional pricing has no cash value.

5. Coupons and Discount Codes

Coupons and promotional codes:

• Must be entered before completing the purchase.
• Cannot be applied retroactively.
• Cannot be redeemed for cash.
• May not be copied, sold, transferred, or shared unless specifically authorized.
• May not be combined with other discounts unless expressly stated.

One promotional code may be used per qualifying transaction unless otherwise indicated.

6. Free Trials

If a promotion includes a free trial:

• The trial begins on the activation date.
• Features available during the trial may differ from paid subscriptions.
• At the conclusion of the trial, services may be suspended unless converted to a paid subscription.
• Any billing terms applicable to the trial will be disclosed during enrollment.

7. Referral Promotions

Referral incentives are governed by Aptora’s Referral Program Terms.

Unless otherwise specified:

• Referral rewards are earned only after eligibility requirements have been satisfied.
• Self-referrals are prohibited.
• Fraudulent referrals are prohibited.
• Referral payments may require submission of tax documentation where required by law.

Aptora reserves the right to deny referral rewards resulting from abuse or manipulation of the referral program.

8. Subscription Promotions

Promotions involving subscriptions may include:

• Introductory pricing
• Temporary discounts
• Feature upgrades
• Complimentary implementation
• Service credits

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotional pricing expires at the end of the promotional period.
• Standard subscription pricing applies thereafter.
• Subscription renewals remain subject to Aptora’s then-current pricing.

9. Existing Customers

Some promotions are intended only for new customers.

Unless expressly stated:

• Existing customers are not eligible for new customer promotions.
• Previous customers reopening accounts may not qualify.
• Additional eligibility restrictions may apply.

10. Taxes

Customers remain responsible for all applicable:

• Sales tax
• Use tax
• VAT
• GST
• Other governmental charges

Promotional discounts do not eliminate applicable tax obligations.

11. Non-Transferability

Promotional offers:

• Are non-transferable.
• Cannot be sold.
• Cannot be exchanged.
• Have no cash value.
• Cannot be redeemed for credit except where required by law.

12. Refunds

Refund eligibility remains subject to Aptora’s Refund Policy.

If a refund is issued:

• Promotional discounts may be deducted from the refund amount.
• Promotional credits may be forfeited.
• Referral bonuses associated with refunded purchases may be cancelled.

13. Fraud and Abuse

Aptora reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate participation if it believes a participant has:

• Used fraudulent information.
• Manipulated promotional offers.
• Attempted multiple accounts to obtain discounts.
• Violated these Promotion Terms.
• Engaged in deceptive or abusive practices.

Aptora may cancel affected orders without prior notice.

14. Errors

Occasionally promotional materials may contain typographical, pricing, or technical errors.

Aptora reserves the right to:

• Correct errors.
• Cancel affected transactions.
• Modify promotional information.
• Decline orders based upon incorrect promotional pricing.

15. Modification or Termination

Aptora may:

• Modify promotions.
• Suspend promotions.
• Extend promotions.
• Terminate promotions at any time without prior notice, unless prohibited by law.

Such changes will not affect completed transactions already accepted by Aptora.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aptora shall not be liable for:

• Technical failures
• Website outages
• Delayed communications
• Lost promotional submissions
• Unauthorized use of promotional codes
• Circumstances beyond Aptora’s reasonable control

17. Governing Law

These Promotion Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kansas unless otherwise required by applicable law.

18. Entire Agreement

These Promotion Terms supplement:

• Aptora Terms of Use
• Aptora Privacy Policy
• Aptora End User License Agreement (EULA)
• Referral Program Terms
• Any promotion-specific rules

If a specific promotion includes additional terms, those terms control only for that promotion to the extent they conflict with these Promotion Terms.
