We had no idea how much the software is capable of doing. This is your one stop shopping software program with all the modules. One of the things that I like most is that is all the data flows through the system, there is NO double entry of information. Know going into this will not necessarily be easy, and the journey maybe long, but we have found it to be beneficial for all the support on the phone, the onsite training, and the weekly training. It has been an investment over time, but the benefits are great. The business owner really cares about his customers. He listens, takes it to his team for discussion and decisions.

Before Aptora we were using multiple software solutions that did not communicate so we were doing a lot of double or triple entries and still were not getting the results we needed.
