Troubleshooting and Fixing Import Problems and Errors

Total Office Manager Shrinks During Import of a File

Scenario

When importing a file, the entire Total Office Manager program shrinks. All of the images and fonts get smaller. The import process works but the program is hard to see and use. The only way to recover is to close and reopen the program.

Solution

Run a Microsoft update called “Microsoft Access database engine 2010”. This update will fix the issue and no other action is needed.

Note: This update is usually not part of the normal Windows updates. This download will install a set of components that are used to facilitate the transfer of data between 2010 Microsoft Office System files and non-Microsoft Office applications.
