The Custom Footers List is used to manage custom footers.  These footers are then available from print options when printing invoices, sales, credit memos, and related forms. It is used to manage the footers which appear on invoices, sales, and similar documents. The list can be access by Company | Lists | Custom Footers. Add a new Footer by selecting Customer Footer List | New Footer from the Customer Footers List. Here, you can add a message, such as “We Appreciate Your Business”, to your customers to see at the bottom of each form you choose.
