Schedule Management is perhaps one of the most important features of Total Office Manager and yet often the most underutilized one. If used correctly, efficiency in managing employees and work orders will increase. Schedule Management focuses on three features of Total Office Manager: Appointments, Work Orders and the Schedule Board. Before you begin to use these features, you will need to set up preferences for them.
The Schedule Board is a tool used to display and schedule Work Orders and Appointments. To access it within Total Office Manager, select Schedule Board (New) from the Company main Menu.
